Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, products, website, and any related platforms operated by Triba (Company).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use Triba’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations 

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities 

Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform 

2. Services & Transactions

Triba reserves the right to

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. 

Refuse or cancel any order or transaction at our discretion. 

Update pricing, product availability, or service offerings without liability 

All payments made are subject to our billing and refund policies (if applicable).

3. User Accounts

If you create an account with Triba:

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details. 

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Triba or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission 

Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization. 

Modify or create derivative works from our materials. 

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content. 

Engage in hate speech, harassment, or bullying 

Promote spam, unauthorized advertising, or misleading information 

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Triba is not liable for the following:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content 

Service interruptions, delays, or downtime 

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Triba is not responsible for the following:

The content or accuracy of third-party sites 

Any transactions or interactions with third parties 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice. 

Remove content that violates these Terms. 

9. Changes to Terms

Tribe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.


Return and Refund Policy

At Triba, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Terms of Return

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. 

2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. 

The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice. 

Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted. 

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective. 

The wrong item was delivered. 

The product does not match the description. 

Note: Returns for reasons like change of mind may not be accepted unless specified.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team within the return window. 

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. 

Share images (if applicable) for verification. 

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. 

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet. 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods 

Personal care items 

Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” 

7. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from Triba. 

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. 

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. 

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
